Hardeep Gulati
Chief Executive Officer
Hardeep Gulati is the chief executive officer of Duck Creek Technologies, the global intelligent solutions provider defining the future of property and casualty (P&C) and general insurance. With nearly three decades of experience scaling global SaaS businesses, Hardeep brings a proven track record of driving transformation through artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and customer-centric platforms.
Prior to joining Duck Creek, he served as CEO of PowerSchool, where he grew the company from $100 million to over $750 million in revenue, led its IPO, and expanded its reach to more than 60 million students and 18,000 school systems across 90 countries. His leadership was instrumental in embedding AI and analytics across PowerSchool’s product suite, making it the largest cloud-based K–12 education software provider in North America.
At Duck Creek, Hardeep is accelerating the development of a next-generation AI-driven intelligence platform that integrates agentic AI, generative AI, and machine learning to help insurers operate faster, smarter, and more profitably. His vision is to empower carriers with intelligent solutions that streamline underwriting, claims, and customer engagement—unlocking new levels of efficiency and personalization.
Hardeep holds a Master’s degree in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, a bachelor’s degree from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Hardeep also serves on the Chancellor advisory board for University of California Davis.
Outside of work, Hardeep enjoys traveling, biking, golfing, and playing chess with his children.
